I recently had the pleasure of working with Drago and his team at MGI for our bathroom renovation, and I must say, they exceeded all expectations! From the outset, Drago was exceptionally attentive, providing a detailed quote and explaining each step of the process. The craftsmanship along with his professionalism was remarkable. The team was punctual each day. They took great care to minimise disruption and mess. Regular progress checks by Drago ensured everything was on track. We used MGI to refit our bathroom and they were brilliant. Drago was incredibly thorough and professional with exemplary project management. He runs a fantastic team and Emile was an absolutely brilliant fitter – incredibly hard working, highly competent, professional, and very high quality worker. He was also very tolerant of our 3 children and the general chaos of family life! Drago checked in regularly to check on progress. We were so pleased with their work and our new bathroom and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was the first time that we have had a completely new bathroom suite installed and a HUGE Thank You to Drago and Tsvetan for a superb ‘MGI experience’ from start to finish! We really appreciated the quality and timeliness of Drago’s advice which was vital in the correct setup of the project. Enormous credit has to go to the sensational fitter that is Tsvetan who worked diligently, at perfect speed and with real attention to detail. As a result, he was actually done early! The bathroom looks sensational and we look forward to using you guys again for major projects on our house.

Drago gave me complete confidence and assurance in his Company’s services starting with the bathroom survey he did and right through to the completed works. He always responded promptly to any questions I had pre-installation. Everything was explained and straightforward. He and his assigned fitter were very professional, always on time and kept the rooms clear each evening. Their standards of workmanship are very high, I am really pleased with the end result. We are absolutely thrilled with the work and would recommend Drago and his team very highly. Before the work began Drago helped me with some design tips and selecting the right items to buy. Emmo was the member of Drago’s team who completed the work in our house – completely refurbishing 3 bathrooms. He was very tidy and methodical in his approach, a very hard worker and incredibly skilled. It’s the best tiling I have ever seen, and I have had a lot of renovation work done before – he is by far the best, we are very lucky to have found him!

This is the second time I used Drago to fit a bathroom. This time it was a small upstairs bathroom in a period property in SW London. We used him again because his team did a great job the first time round, and the second time was just the same. Really straight forward process – he came around to quote up the work and made recommendations for what to order. I checked this list with him, we booked a date, and the work was completed to the required standard (a day early in fact). The fitter was friendly and tidied up, couldn’t hope for more. Reliable and recommended.
